On Monday, March 22, James Quissenberry from Emory, Texas weighed a Largemouth Bass weighing in at 15.61 pounds and 25.25 inches in length.  James had entered the Lake Fork Bounty Bonanza in October and is quite happy that he did.  His fish of a lifetime will net him $10,000 for placing a fish in the Texas Top 50. He will also receive $500 from the Lake Fork Area Chamber of Commerce for catching a lunker (13 pounds or greater) and also $300 from the Wood County Industrial Commission for the largest Bass caught in March.  As if that is not enough, he will also receive a $250 tackle package compliments of Berkley and a $500 tackle package compliments of Lake Fork Marina.

We will have a check and tackle presentation on April 22 at the Lake Fork Area Chamber of Commerce monthly meeting.

At the Lake Fork Area Chamber of Commerce monthly meeting on April 22, a check and gift presentation was made. On Monday, March 22, James Quissenberry from Emory, Texas weighed in a Largemouth Bass weighing in at 15.61 pounds placing him at tied for 33rd on the Texas Top 50.

Danny Silcox, President of the Lake Fork Area Chamber of Commerce presented James with a check in the amount of $10,800. This check includes a $300 prize from the Wood County Industrial Commission for the largest over the slot Bass for the month, $500 from the Lake Fork Area Chamber of Commerce for catching a 13 pound or greater Bass and $10,000 for catching a Bass that is placed in the Texas Top 50.

On Wednesday, March 31, Jason Barnes from Yantis, Texas weighed a Largemouth Bass weighing in at 13.23 pounds.  Jason had entered the Lake Fork Bounty Bonanza and for his $20 entry, he will be awarded $500 in addition to a $500 tackle package compliments of Lake Fork Marina.

At the Lake Fork Area Chamber of Commerce monthly meeting on June 24, a check presentation was made.  Dean Stroman of Yantis, Texas weighed a 9.78 lb Largemouth Bass and for his efforts, he was awarded a $300 check compliments of the Wood County Industrial Commission. Congratulations Dean !

At the Lake Fork Area Chamber of Commerce monthly meeting on July 22, a check presentation was made.  Mark McCain weighed a 8.25 lb Largemouth Bass while fishing the JC Outdoors tournament and for his efforts, he was awarded a $300 check compliments of the Wood County Industrial Commission. Congratulations Mark !
